What lies beneath

#LogYourLoAPain is a collaborative initiative created by Pensions Lab and Justine Pattullo and was supported by 10 organisations, including ourselves. The campaign aimed to quantify the volumes and associated costs of the Letter of Authority (LoA) process and was launched in January 2024.

The initiative generated 59 entries, representing 880 financial advisers, planners, and paraplanners. Additional inputs were provided from Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) platforms and pensions consolidators.
