Four days, three cyclists, two support vehicles and 176 miles. Criterion team members Billy, Lisa and Matt overcame torrential rain and 30mph winds from Newcastle to Edinburgh, in their bid to raise money for Waverley Care. They were supported by Ben, Gillian and Stewart, who travelled in a nearby van to help with any bike-related emergencies. A huge well done to the team for working together and completing this enormous challenge.
We would also like to extend our thanks to everyone who was able to support or sponsor the team and help raise awareness and funds for Waverley Care. As a result, we smashed our target of £2,500 and raised an incredible £3,240. We are also delighted to announce that we are matching the total raised pound for pound – meaning that our grand total is £6,480.
